How service works
- Check-in: Drop your bike during shop hours. We do a quick counter look and give a general estimate range.
- Bench inspection: Once it’s on the stand, we text a clearer estimate before ordering parts or starting bigger work.
- Approve by text: Reply “OK” to authorize. No surprises—we don’t proceed without your go-ahead.
- Updates: If teardown reveals hidden issues (e.g., inside bearings/parts), we text new findings with an updated price/ETA for approval.
- Pickup: We text when it’s ready.
Turnaround time
We’re a small crew—one full-time mechanic (Eddie) and limited bench help—so turnarounds aren’t instant. Timing varies by season and parts availability; we’ll give you an honest ETA at check-in and keep you posted by text. Rush work is sometimes possible; ask at drop-off.
