We keep shipping simple and transparent for our Taylor, TX bike shop. Get free ground shipping on small & medium orders $50+, clear rates for frames/kids/BMX ($60+) and complete bikes ($150+) with a separate shipping invoice, and straightforward policies on professional assembly and returns so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Local Pickup (Taylor): Free — we’ll email/text when it’s ready
  • Shipping: Small items flat-rate; Frames/Kids/BMX: $60+; Complete bikes: $150+. We’ll email a separate shipping invoice after your order (large MTBs/e-bikes can be ~$300+).
  • Returns: No general returns. Saddles only may be exchanged within 30 days if like-new with complete, clean packaging. All other items: exchange/return only for manufacturer defect or our fulfillment error.
  • Special Orders & Drop-Ship: Final sale.

Shipping

We ship Tuesday–Friday from Texas. Orders placed after 1 pm CT may process the next business day. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

How the shipping invoice works

  1. Place your order.
  2. Within 1 business day we’ll email a separate shipping invoice for bikes/frames/kids/BMX.
  3. Once paid, we book the label or freight pickup and send tracking.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Most small items can ship USPS; oversize/bikes require a street address.

International: Not available at this time.


Local Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at checkout. Bring your ID and order confirmation.

  • Hold time: 7 days (reply to your confirmation if you need more time).

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Saddle Fit Exchange (30 Days)

  • Eligible: Saddles only.
  • Window: 30 days from purchase/delivery.
  • Condition: Like-new with complete, clean packaging and all accessories.
  • Exchange only: One exchange per purchase; no refunds.
  • Shipping: Customer pays shipping on exchanges.

All Other Items

  • No change-of-mind returns.
  • Manufacturer defect or our error only: Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll repair/replace or refund per brand policy.
  • Online & Drop-Ship orders: Final sale except for manufacturer defect or our fulfillment error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed, used, or washed items
  • Items missing/damaged packaging or accessories
  • Consumables (tubes, sealant, lube, nutrition)
  • Clearance / “Last Chance” items
  • Gift cards
  • Special orders and drop-shipped items

Bicycles & Assembly

  • Professional assembly required. For safety and warranty coverage, complete bicycles must be assembled and safety-checked by a professional bike shop/mechanic.
  • Self-assembly voids warranty & is non-returnable. If you assemble the bike yourself, the manufacturer warranty may be void. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customer-assembled bikes.
  • Ship-to-shop option: We’re happy to ship your bike to a bike shop of your choice for professional assembly. Add their address at checkout or contact us after purchase. (Assembly fees are paid to the receiving shop.)
  • Inspect before assembly: For shipped bikes, check for transit damage before assembly and contact us within 48 hours with photos if anything looks off.
  • In-store purchases: Bikes are final sale once picked up and recorded as delivered.

Warranty Support

Most products include a manufacturer warranty. Contact us with your receipt and photos; we’ll coordinate with the brand and follow their policies.


Why We Keep It Simple

We’re a small shop. Return shipping and freight on drop-ship orders often exceed the item’s value. To keep prices fair, we focus on saddle fit exchanges and warranty fixes when something is truly defective. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you choose the right item before you order.

Do you offer free shipping?

How do bike and frame shipping charges work?

Frames, kids & BMX: $60+Complete bikes: $150+. We’ll email a separate shipping invoice after your order. Large MTBs/e-bikes are often around $300+ depending on destination.

Do I need professional assembly for shipped bikes?

Yes. Professional assembly is required for safety and warranty. Customer-assembled bikes are non-returnable. We can ship directly to your local bike shop for assembly.

What’s your return policy?

No general returns. Saddles only are eligible for a 30-day exchange if like-new with complete, clean packaging. All other items: manufacturer defect or our fulfillment error only.

Do you ship internationally?
